About Alet-Mari Kunz
I’m a qualified Occupational Therapist, having graduated from the University of Pretoria in 2011. I’m registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and a proud member of the Occupational Therapy Association of South Africa (OTASA).
My passion lies in supporting adolescents and adults through mental health challenges. I believe that adversity is something we all face, and that healing is possible with the right tools and guidance.
Occupational Therapy offers a practical and meaningful way to navigate those challenges. Through therapeutic activities tailored to each person's specific context, done in a supportive space, clients can find hope and direction.
The goal of therapy is to empower each person to regain control of their sails and steer toward a more grounded, fulfilling life.

Why see an OT?
How OT can help your mental health
Struggling with your mental health can make everyday life feel overwhelming,
but you don’t have to figure it out alone.
An Occupational Therapist helps you reconnect with the things that give your life meaning,
whether that’s managing daily routines, coping with stress, improving focus, or building confidence.
Occupational Therapy takes a holistic approach, looking at your physical, emotional, cognitive,
and sensory needs.
Together, we create practical, personalised strategies that lead to real, lasting change, so you can feel more in control, balanced, and are able to better navigate through life's challenges.
